Akrapovic Optional Stainless Steel Exhaust Headers | Honda CBR1000RR / SP / SP2 2017-2025

The Akrapovic Optional Headers are a stainless steel header set for the 2017-2025 Honda CBR1000RR, CBR1000RR SP and SP2 — the part that turns an Akrapovič slip-on into a complete system.

Akrapovič sells the exhaust in two stages on purpose. The slip-on gives you the muffler and most of the sound; the headers replace the factory pipework and its catalyst, which is where the remaining weight and the change in power delivery come from. Splitting the purchase lets you build up to a full system over time.

The 2017 Fireblade was Honda's first serious redesign in years, and the exhaust was the one area emissions rules kept them from being aggressive with. Replacing the headers is what removes that constraint.

Fits the 2017-2025 Honda CBR1000RR, CBR1000RR SP and CBR1000RR SP2. Honda's CBR1000RR-R Fireblade is a different motorcycle with a different exhaust layout and takes its own header — if you have an RR-R, order that part instead.

This is a header set only — it is not a complete exhaust system and requires a compatible Akrapovič muffler. Removing the catalyst affects the bike's emissions status; confirm what applies where you ride, and expect to need a remap.
