Akrapovic Ceramic Exhaust Assembly Paste | Anti-Seize for Exhaust Joints | P-HF33

The Akrapovič P-HF33 is a ceramic exhaust assembly paste, applied to threads and slip joints during installation so the exhaust can be taken apart again later.

This is the five-minute step that saves an hour of swearing three years from now. Exhaust fasteners live in the worst environment on a motorcycle: high heat, road salt, and dissimilar metals in contact. Left dry, a stainless bolt in an alloy or titanium component will seize solid, and the next person to touch it — often the owner, often mid-job — shears the head off. Ceramic paste keeps the joint releasable.

Ceramic rather than copper for the high-temperature joints. Ceramic paste is rated for higher temperatures than copper-based grease and is non-metallic, which makes it the safer choice around titanium and on header studs that see the most heat. We stock the copper version (P-HF113) as well for lower-temperature applications.
