The Akrapovic Evolution Line is a complete 4-into-1 titanium exhaust system for the 2008-2020 Yamaha YZF-R6, with a titanium muffler and titanium end cap.

The R6 is a bike that lives at the top of the tacho, and its power delivery rewards an exhaust designed around that. Akrapovič's dyno figures for this system are +10.6 hp at 12,700 rpm and +6.9 lb-ft at 9,050 rpm — gains that arrive exactly where an R6 rider spends their time.

The weight saving is the other half of the argument: 13.5 lb lighter than the stock system, on a motorcycle that only weighs around 419 lb wet. Very little else you can bolt to an R6 removes that much mass.

Akrapovič pours its own titanium at a foundry in Slovenia and builds for MotoGP and World Superbike teams. The Evolution Line is the closest production system to that work — titanium from the header flange to the end cap, with the Grand Prix muffler profile that gives the bike its shape from behind.

Fits the 2008-2020 Yamaha YZF-R6. A dedicated fuel map is recommended for best throttle response and engine durability — this system will run without one, but it will not give you everything it has. Check your local sound and emissions requirements before fitting.
