The Akrapovic Evolution Line is a complete titanium exhaust system for the 2018-2023 Yamaha YZ250F, 2019-2023 YZ250FX and 2019-2023 WR250F, built as a 1-into-1 conical system.

Evolution Line is the flagship of the Akrapovič range — the system the company's factory race teams use, not a road-going interpretation of it. Everything is titanium: the link pipe is titanium and welded directly to the muffler, and the perforated inner sleeve and inlet cap are titanium too, not just the visible outer skin.

Akrapovič measured +1.3 kW and +1.6 Nm over stock. On a 250 four-stroke, where the engine has almost no torque in reserve, that is a meaningful change in how the bike drives out of a corner.

The system meets FIM noise limits, which matters at any event running a sound test at sign-on, and uses a welded bracket rather than a bolted one — a small detail that stops being small after a season of vibration.
