The Yoshimura RS-9 Enduro Stainless Full Exhaust System is a complete header-and-canister exhaust for the 2011-2020 Kawasaki KLX140, KLX140L and KLX140G and the 2021-2022 KLX140R, KLX140RL and KLX140RF, built with a stainless steel header, a parallelogram-shape aluminum muffler with a carbon fiber end cap, a laser-cut heat shield, and a USFS-approved spark arrester.

This system increases power and torque while reducing weight over the stock exhaust, but the Enduro Series design brief matters as much as the numbers: the muffler carries maximized internal volume so the straight single-core baffle can flow freely while keeping sound levels down. On a KLX140 — a trail and small-track bike ridden in shared riding areas — that combination is worth more than a loud race canister.

The USFS-approved spark arrester is included rather than sold separately, so the bike is legal for national forest routes, BLM land and OHV parks the day the system goes on. The laser-cut heat shield is a genuine addition too, not a delete: it protects the rider's leg and any luggage or number plate backing on a bike this compact.
