xThe Yoshimura RS-12 Full Exhaust System is a complete header-and-muffler replacement for the 2021-2024 Honda CRF450R, CRF450R WE, CRF450R-S and CRF450RX, built with a stainless steel header, an aluminum canister and a carbon fiber end cap.
The 2021 CRF450R was a ground-up redesign — new frame, new bodywork, and a single exhaust in place of the twin system Honda had run for the previous generation. Yoshimura developed the RS-12 alongside that platform through their factory race program.
On a 450 the header is where a full system earns its cost over a slip-on. It determines where in the rev range the power arrives, and on a machine that already has more peak output than most riders can use, the shape of the delivery matters more than the number at the top.

Fits the 2021-2024 Honda CRF450R, CRF450R WE, CRF450R-S and CRF450RX. Check the sound and spark arrester requirements for the land you ride — a separate Yoshimura spark arrester insert is required for USFS and BLM areas.
