The LeoVince GP Corsa is a carbon fibre slip-on muffler for the 2018-2023 Kawasaki Ninja 400 and Z400 and the 2024-2026 Kawasaki Ninja 500 and Z500, built with a two-layer pre-preg full carbon sleeve, a slash-cut end cap, an AISI 304 stainless steel bracket with a rubber gasket, an AISI 304 stainless fastening strap and MIG-welded construction.

The "Ninja 500" here is the 2024-onward parallel twin that replaced the Ninja 400 — not the 1990s EX500. Kawasaki reused the name after a long gap, and the two machines have nothing in common. This part fits the current 451cc bike and does not fit the old EX500, ER-5 or any 1990s Ninja 500.

GP Corsa is the entry point into LeoVince's MotoGP-derived carbon canisters, and it is the least expensive carbon option for this motorcycle. The sleeve is the same two-layer pre-preg construction as the EVO — resin already impregnated in the cloth and cured under heat and pressure rather than laid up wet, which is what keeps the weave flat instead of showing print-through as it ages.

Choosing between the LeoVince options for this bike: this is the GP Corsa, with a slash-cut end cap and a plain AISI 304 stainless strap. Part 3389EU is the GP Corsa EVO — the same carbon sleeve with a technopolymer end cap and a rubber-damped strap. If you would rather have steel than carbon, the LV-10 comes in bare stainless (15218U) and ceramic black (15218BU).
