The Tech-Air Off-Road System redefines safety and comfort for off-road and street riding enthusiasts. With its active airbag inflated, this advanced system provides comprehensive protection for the chest, back, shoulders, neck, and collarbones in the event of a crash. Integrated with an Alpinestars Off-Road Protection Jacket, it features passive full back and limb protection, along with enhanced roost protection against rocks and debris encountered on trails.

Built to withstand tough terrains, the system comes pre-loaded with three versatile Riding Modes: ENDURO, RALLY, and STREET, making it suitable for every off-road and street riding scenario. Key features include dual charge capability, which allows for two separate airbag deployments from dual gas inflators, ensuring maximum safety during a crash. The system is fully self-contained, utilizing a sophisticated Electronic Control Unit (ECU) equipped with three accelerometers and three gyroscopes for optimal crash monitoring and active airbag deployment.

Navigating the Riding Modes is effortless, thanks to the user-friendly LED Display located on the front of the system or via the Tech-Air? App. The quick-release cover allows for rapid gas inflator replacement, where local regulations permit. The integrated, certified lithium-ion battery boasts a 30-hour lifespan on a full charge, with a recharge time of approximately four hours. Just one hour of charging provides about eight hours of riding time. For convenience, the LED Display features a charging port for easy USB-C connections to power sources.

To deactivate the airbag, simply unzip the system, which will automatically turn it off. The ECU and airbag are removable, allowing for separate washing of the Protection Jacket. Ease of use is paramount; the system activates automatically upon zipping up. Additionally, a Shipping Mode switch on the ECU helps disconnect the battery during transport or prolonged inactivity, ensuring the system remains in optimal condition.

With FIM Cross Country Rally Regulations homologation for race use, this system guarantees dual gas inflators for two airbag deployments, with an average inflation time of just 52 milliseconds. The airbag provides crucial upper body protection, inflating around the neck in compliance with FIM regulations, making it an essential companion for serious riders.
