The multi-composite outer shell is crafted from layers of carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass bonded with pre-preg epoxy resin. This construction ensures maximum strength, exceptional energy dissipation, and high penetration resistance. Its streamlined aerodynamic profile features integrated spoiler elements, lateral winglets, and collarbone recesses with shock-absorbing PLASMA inserts to minimize turbulence, reduce drag, and enhance stability at high velocities.

Inside, the helmet utilizes a multi-density EPS liner featuring seven strategically placed pieces in six different densities. This system is designed to absorb impacts efficiently while incorporating Alpinestars' low-friction slip plane technology. By mimicking the brain’s natural protection, this technology reduces rotational acceleration and helps mitigate the risk of brain injuries during oblique impacts.

Visibility and airflow are prioritized through a rider-focused design. The optical Class 1 shield is ECE 22.06 homologated and features a double-sided anti-scratch coating with varying thickness for maximum clarity and impact resistance. The wide eye port provides an impressive 220° peripheral and 57° vertical field of view.
