The Alpinestars Supertech R7 Helmet is engineered for optimal performance on both the track and the street, combining advanced materials with innovative engineering. Its lightweight construction features a multi-composite shell crafted from layers of carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass bonded with pre-preg epoxy resin. This sophisticated design provides maximum strength, energy dissipation, and penetration resistance while maintaining a low weight for extended comfort during intense rides.

The shell incorporates a streamlined aerodynamic shape with integrated winglets and a rear spoiler, which work together to minimize turbulence and drag. These features enhance high-speed stability and reduce neck fatigue. For added safety, the helmet includes collarbone recesses fitted with high-performance shock-absorbing plasma inserts to help prevent injuries during slides.

Inside, the helmet features a multi-density EPS liner with seven precisely positioned pieces designed to absorb impact energy across various scenarios. The liner is equipped with low-friction slip plane technology that mimics the body’s cerebrospinal fluid, reducing rotational acceleration and decreasing the risk of brain injury during oblique impacts. Visibility is a priority, offering an expansive 220° peripheral vision and a 57° vertical field of view to maximize situational awareness.

The advanced ventilation system includes ten strategically positioned ports—six intake and four exhaust—to maximize airflow and reduce fogging. A sliding top vent mechanism allows for customizable cooling, while chin bar extractor vents efficiently remove warm, humid air. The helmet is fitted with an ECE 22.06 homologated, optical Class 1 shield featuring a double-sided anti-scratch treatment and variable thickness for exceptional clarity and durability.
