The outer shell features a 3K high-density carbon layer combined with uni-directional carbon composite, aramid fiber, and fiberglass layers. This design ensures superior energy management by effectively dissipating impact forces over the shell while minimizing outer shell deflection, allowing energy to be absorbed more efficiently by the inner EPS liner.

Inside, the helmet boasts a four-shell inner construction tailored for an ideal fit, maximizing comfort and reducing weight without compromising safety. An eight-piece multi-density EPS liner, with six strategically varied densities, provides excellent energy absorption across different impact zones. The smooth, low-friction EPS inner surface is specially polished and coated to reduce friction, enabling the comfort liner to move independently from the EPS. This innovative feature significantly mitigates rotational, oblique, and linear forces transmitted to the head, neck, brain, and spine, thereby lowering the risk of concussion.

The customizable A-Head Fitment System allows precise adjustment of the helmet’s height and angle, ensuring a personalized fit that adapts to the rider’s head position for enhanced comfort and safety. Aerodynamics have been meticulously refined through CFD simulations and validated in wind tunnels and on-track testing. The helmet includes two detachable aerodynamic spoilers—standard and race versions—with elastic joints designed to detach upon significant impact, reducing rotational energy transfer. Additional lateral winglets enhance stability and reduce drag, while visor turbulators improve aero-acoustic performance for a quieter ride.

Ventilation is optimized with 11 strategically placed vents, including seven intakes (three in the chin guard and four on top) and four exhausts (two lateral chin bar ports and two top rear vents). Integrated air ducts channel airflow through the EPS liner, circulating air around the rider’s head and extracting heat efficiently. The large top vent slider directs air downwards for cooling, with additional vents to expel hot air from the forehead. Chin vents create laminated airflow to prevent fogging and misting, while chin bar vents extract humid air, ensuring clear vision and comfort throughout your ride.
