The outer shell is crafted using innovative molding technology that combines multiple composite materials, including a 3K high-density carbon outer layer, uni-directional carbon composite, aramid fiber, and fiberglass. This layered composite, bonded with epoxy resin, optimizes the resin-to-fiber ratio to maximize strength, mechanical performance, and lightweight properties. The result is enhanced energy management with minimal outer shell deflection, allowing impact forces to be efficiently dispersed and absorbed by the inner EPS liner.

Inside, a four-shell construction ensures a precise, comfortable fit that reduces overall weight and boosts impact effectiveness. The helmet features an eight-piece multi-density EPS liner with six strategically positioned densities tailored to absorb energy from both linear and oblique impacts. The EPS inner surface is polished and specially coated to create a low-friction interface, enabling the comfort liner to move independently from the EPS. This design significantly reduces rotational forces transmitted to the head, neck, brain, and spine, helping to mitigate concussion risks.

Customization is key, with an innovative fitment system that allows adjustment of both helmet height and tilt angle to suit individual rider preferences. This system adapts to how deeply the head sits inside the helmet and its forward or backward tilt, ensuring an optimal fit for enhanced safety and comfort.

Aerodynamics are meticulously engineered using CFD simulations and validated through wind tunnel and track testing. The helmet is optimized for low drag and aerodynamic stability, featuring two interchangeable aerodynamic spoilers—standard and race versions—equipped with elastic joints that safely detach upon significant impact to reduce rotational energy. Additional lateral winglets further enhance stability and reduce drag, while turbulators on the visor improve aero-acoustic performance for a quieter ride.

Ventilation is expertly integrated with eleven vents—seven intakes and four exhausts—strategically placed to maximize airflow. Air enters through chin guard and top vents, circulates around the rider’s head via internal channels, and is extracted through rear exhaust ports. The top vent includes a large slider for comfort control and hot air extraction from the forehead area. Chin vents feature a unique design that channels air along the inner shield surfaces to prevent fogging and misting, while chin bar vents efficiently expel humid air, maintaining clear vision in all conditions.
