Two things to know before ordering. First, remapping is mandatory — this is not a plug-and-play part, and the bike must be remapped after fitting. Second, it is designed for use in combination with the Akrapovič Racing Line (titanium) system and is not a standalone exhaust component; it will not do anything useful on a stock exhaust.

This part exists for a specific and common problem. Full race systems are frequently too loud to pass the static noise test at track days, which leaves riders turned away at the gate with an expensive exhaust they cannot use. The Track Day link pipe drops the system's output enough to get through typical circuit sound limits without reverting to the heavy stock exhaust.
