The Akrapovič M-AP00502C is a carbon-fibre-sleeved replacement muffler for the 2015-2017 Yamaha FZ-07, built with a carbon-fibre outer sleeve over titanium and stainless-steel construction.

This is an original-equipment replacement part. Akrapovič uses the M- prefix for mufflers supplied through manufacturer and accessory programmes rather than sold as aftermarket upgrades. A carbon sleeve is also the reason these parts get replaced — carbon cracks or delaminates on a tip-over rather than denting, and once the weave is broken it does not repair cosmetically.
