The Akrapovič Evolution Line S-K4MET9-FDHLTA is a complete titanium exhaust system for the 2024 Kawasaki KX450 and KX450X, cutting 29.8% of the stock system's weight — 1.3 kg — while adding 1.9 kW at 7,500 rpm and 2.5 Nm at 7,600 rpm, with plug-and-play installation and no remapping.

Nearly a third of the exhaust weight, gone. On a motocross bike that is not a specification-sheet number: 1.3 kg off the exhaust is weight the rider stops carrying through every corner, every jump and every time the bike gets picked up off the ground. The gains arrive at 7,500 rpm too — the middle of the range where a 450 is actually driving out of a rut, rather than at a peak nobody uses.

This is a full system, header and muffler both. The headers carry an integrated resonance chamber and a debossed Akrapovič logo, and the whole assembly is titanium. It installs plug-and-play with no remapping required.
