The Akrapovic Evolution Line is a complete 4-into-1 exhaust system for the 2021-2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R and ZX-10RR, with a carbon fibre muffler sleeve over a fully titanium link pipe and inner structure.

The numbers on this one are exceptional even by Akrapovič's standards: +11 hp (8.2 kW) and more than 6 kg removed from the motorcycle. Six kilos is roughly a fifth of what a full fuel tank weighs, taken off a bike that was already among the lightest litre superbikes made.

That gap exists because Kawasaki's Euro 5 system is enormous and the catalyst sits in the mid-section, out of reach of any slip-on. Only replacing the whole path recovers it.

The construction is worth understanding: the visible outer sleeve is carbon fibre, but everything doing the structural and thermal work — link pipe, inner muffler body — is titanium. You are not paying for a carbon skin over a steel exhaust.
