Description
xThe Akrapovic Racing Line is a complete exhaust system with a carbon fibre muffler for the 2023-2025 Suzuki GSX-8S and GSX-8R.
Suzuki's 776 cc parallel twin runs a 270-degree crank, which gives it the uneven firing interval and the deep, off-beat note usually associated with a V-twin. The factory exhaust is a large under-engine unit built to Euro 5, and it flattens exactly that character.
This is the carbon-muffler version of the Racing Line for the GSX-8 platform. Carbon takes more weight out than stainless and, on a naked bike where the canister is fully exposed, it also changes how the machine looks from three-quarters behind — which is a large part of why people buy it.
Being a full system, it replaces the mid-section where the catalyst lives. A slip-on cannot reach that on this bike.
