The Akrapovič L-B12SO5T is a titanium link pipe for the 2014-2016 BMW R nineT, specified for low-mounted mufflers.

Check the year — this is the 2014-2016 part only. BMW has built the R nineT across several generations and Akrapovič builds different link pipes for each. If your bike is a 2017 or later R nineT, this is not the correct pipe, and we stock separate high-mount and low-mount pipes for the 2021-2023 bike.

And check the mounting position. This is the low-mount version. Akrapovič also makes high-mount link pipes for this platform, and they are not interchangeable — the pipe has to put the muffler where your muffler actually mounts.

One installation note worth knowing before you start. If the pillion passenger frame has been removed from your R nineT — a very common change on this bike — this pipe requires the BMW aluminium muffler holder, part number 77 11 8 536 136. That is a BMW part, not an Akrapovič one, so source it before the bike is apart rather than after.
