6D HELMETS ATS-1R Helmet - Gloss Gray

Crafted from a premium 3K carbon fiber shell, it offers exceptional strength while maintaining a lightweight profile. The helmet features an improved impact management system with 6D Omni-Directional Suspension (ODS) technology—a fully active, in-helmet suspension and kinetic energy management system engineered to uncouple the helmet’s exterior shell from the inner EPS liner. This innovative design effectively mitigates energy transfer to the head and brain during impacts, providing superior performance across low, medium, and high-velocity collisions by reducing linear and angular acceleration forces.

Enhanced ventilation is achieved through a sophisticated ODS AIR-GAP® Ventilation System, including four adjustable intake ports that channel fresh air into the helmet. This airflow is managed by a network of 15 transfer ports and 5 exhaust ports, ensuring continuous circulation. Sculpted adjustable air intakes direct air into the chin, brow, and crown areas and are easily operable even with gloves on. Optimally positioned exhaust vents on the top, sides, and rear utilize negative-pressure effects from air traveling over the helmet’s surface to aid internal air movement. Internal brow vents pull air across the shield’s interior to assist cooling and fog dissipation.

The helmet boasts a larger shell opening and an improved fit for enhanced comfort. It includes a tool-less shield changing system with a 10-position adjustable shield and a lockdown lever for secure positioning. The anti-scratch shield is certified VESC-8 and provides UV protection. Additionally, a Clear Pinlock® 120XLT anti-fog insert is included to maintain clear vision in varying conditions. An internal breath guard directs fresh air upward inside the shield while exhausting breath downward and outward, further reducing fogging.

Additional features include removable neck cuff and chin curtain for customizable comfort, an aerodynamic wing designed with advanced CAD to minimize drag, buffeting, and lift at higher speeds, and integrated speaker pockets for communication system compatibility. The helmet is eyewear compatible and comes with a deluxe helmet bag for convenient storage and transport.
