This innovative design effectively uncouples the helmet's exterior shell from the inner EPS liner, mitigating energy transfer to the head and brain during any impact event. The system features a 3-dimensional displacement of the inner liner upon impact, with two separate EPS liners separated by an array of elastomeric isolation dampers, ensuring superior performance for low, medium, and high-velocity impacts while reducing linear and angular acceleration forces.
